Terms of Service

1. Endis Fulfillment is optional and can be canceled in writing at anytime.
   
2. If canceled, any product remaining in a fulfillment center will be returned at the customers expense per the current billing agreement within 30 days.
   
3. Endis will retain exclusive rights to manage all shipping and handling rates.
4. Endis will provide appropriate labeling for each product, which must be placed on each item by the client prior to shipping the product to the fulfillment center. Endis Fulfillment service fees to not cover the cost of stock shipping.
