Staying on top of "who wants which resources when" can begin to take on a life of it's own as your organization grows.   Endis has designed resource booking in order to simplify booking while reducing administration.   Reduce Administration: Members can access availability 24 hours a day in the calandar system, allowing them to see whether or not a resource is available and if they can utilize it.   Help with future planning: The Endis system is also able to generate reports summarizing who has used which resource when - really useful if you hire out rooms or equipment to other groups.
