During the implementation process you have been creating the structure and content for your churchinsight site, but the majority of your membership will still be unaware of your new site. One of the most important parts of the site launch is to tell people about their new web site and give them their account information.
ChurchInsight has a wizard that takes you through the process of sending login details to users who have never used their account - you can use this when launching the site. New passwords and login names can be sent by email and/or letter. If you are sending login details by letter, postal addresses will be provided in comma separated values (.csv) format for use in a word processor 'Mail Merge' operation.
You can access the wizard by selecting the top level group in the Web Office, select the Members tab, and then the Send login details to unused accounts task.
