Service Level Agreement
Endis consistently experiences availability of the Endis service running in excess of 99.9% of the time, every day of the week. We have a continual monitoring process in place with automatic alerts to appropriate service personnel.
Support is offered during US office business hours (8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday). More details are available on our Support Pages.
The Endis system is provided as a service over the Internet with support for Microsoft Internet Explorer and the Firefox browsers, but the customer is responsible for providing adequate access to the Internet for their own use. Naturally, with so much of the Internet outside of Endis control, it is not possible to guarantee performance levels with Internet-based services. |
