Pre-implementation

Our intial consultation will cover the implementation plan and timescales as well as issues such as internet connection and your number of users. This would take place after your decision to select Endis has been made and will probably involve your key members of your team responsible for the implementation of Endis.

Structure setup

Endis works with you to define the look and feel of the site, the group and security structure, domain names and other set-up parameters. This is a key process as it shapes the way your site functions. A clear understanding of the administrative functions and decision making structure of your organization is pivotal to a successful implementation.

Importing Data

The Endis database needs to be populated with your existing membership details. This can be done by the Endis technical team if it is available in a suitable electronic form (for example, a spreadsheet or structured database). Inputting calendar events and assigning roles and permissions can be handled by administrative staff under initial guidance from Endis.

Training

By this stage of the implementation, we find that the key staff members are sufficiently familiar with the features and operations of Endis to be productive straight away. Electonic documentation is available from this web site, along with hints and tips from existing customers. We hold regular training courses at our Kansas City US headquarters and can supply on-site training if required.

Launch

Getting the office and leaders on board is vital. However, there must be buy-in on a broader basis from membership as a whole. The Endis site needs to be central in order to reap the full benefits of the system. The launch could be in the form of a formal presentation to the whole membership and is often powerfully combined with some 'on the spot' training for those involved.

Ongoing Maintenance
